Anzahlung:
Als Buchungsbestätigung erlauben wir uns den Betrag von 200€, bei Kurzaufenthalten mindestens 50% des Gesamtbetrages als Sicherstellung einzufordern.
Bei Stornierung der Buchung bis 1 Monat vor Anreise wird die Anzahlung rückerstattet, danach einbehalten, bei verspäteter Anreise oder verfrühter Abreise, wird der gesamte gebuchte Aufenthalt in Rechnung gestellt.

In caso di disdetta fino a un mese prima del giorno di arrivo, restituiamo l’ammontare, entro un mese dalla data di arrivo la caparra non viene restituita
In caso di arrivo ritardato o partenza anticipata viene conteggiato tutto il periodo prenotato
